Support CAN Cancer at the Crooked River Roundup in Prineville!

Friday, June 24, 2016 the Crooked River Roundup in Prineville will donate $1.00 of every paid admission ticket to CAN Cancer at Friday night's rodeo!

The Crooked River Roundup will also donate $1.00 of every paid admission ticket on Friday, July 15, 2016 for the horse races.

CAN Cancer, Community Assistance for Neighbors with Cancer, was established by the local Central Oregon garbage haulers.

100% of donations help local families manage non-medical living expenses including fuel, travel and food costs while receiving cancer treatment.

"We are excited for the opportunity to raise money for CAN Cancer from the Crooked River Roundup. We're very proud of this program and the ability to provide assistance to our neighbors in need. Over 750 patients across Central Oregon have received assistance through CAN Cancer," Steve Holliday, Owner Prineville Disposal.

Normal Operations on Independence Day

Bend Garbage & Recycling will be operating on a normal collection schedule on Independence Day, Monday, July 4, 2016.

 Due to the holiday collection schedule, customers who have garbage & recycling collection on Monday's should have their carts out by 6:00 a.m. (or the night before) as collection times may vary.

The Bend Garbage & Recycling office will be closed on Independence Day, Monday, July 4, 2016 and will reopen Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 8:00 a.m.

Bend Garbage & Recycling collects on all holidays expect for Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
