SecureShred and The Deschutes County Sheriff's Office have partnered for this free shred event to give residents a safe method to dispose of private documents and learn identity theft prevention tips at the same time.This event is for residential shredding only - no commercial business shredding.

At this event, there will also be a deputy available to collect prescription and over the counter medication.
Residents are asked to bring a non-perishable food item to donate for the food bank.
No advance document sorting will be necessary, the SecureShred truck can destroy paperwork with paper clips and staples attached. File folders and binders may also be shredded.
